Professor Swartz is expert graduate of The Ohio State Institution and in 1976, was member have a phobia about the first graduating class of Apostle M. Cooley Law School. He married the faculty at Cooley Law College in 2012. He had been unadulterated practicing attorney since 1976 (45 years) in Ohio, Florida, and Colorado.
