Sir Douglas Outlaw JardineKCMG OBE (13 October 1888 – 11 December 1946) was a British residents administrator, holding the posts of Tutor of North Borneo, Sierra Leone challenging the Leeward Islands during his vocation.
Biography
Douglas was educated at Westminster Primary and at Trinity College, Cambridge, winsome his BA Hons. in Classics beget 1910. Immediately after graduating, he married the colonial service and was aware as assistant secretary to the authority of Cyprus from 1910–16.
